Across more than thirty-five years in business-to-business sales and leadership, his work has ranged from frontline selling and national accounts to customer development, team leadership, commercial strategy, recruiting, and training.
He has helped clients evaluate and implement complete material-handling fleets, integrated storage systems, and robotic handling solutions through complex opportunities involving large, cross-functional buying groups. His experience spans material handling, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Before his business career, Grant was a starting center at the University of Wyoming. He was a two-time all-conference selection, earned honorable mention All-America recognition, and is a three-time honoree of the University of Wyoming Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame—individually and as a member of the 1987 and 1988 Western Athletic Conference championship teams.
Grant earned an undergraduate degree in secondary education from the University of Wyoming, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
Today, he works with sellers, leaders, and clients while supporting university sales programs and mentoring future sales professionals.
